Event Details - 2nd Annual Beaufort County Music Festival

The 2nd Annual Beaufort County Music Festival will be held in downtown Washington April 9-11, 2010.  The opening night concert (ticketed) on Friday, April 9 at the Turnage Theater will feature Holy Ghost Tent Revival and Lipbone Redding.  Beginning at 10am on Saturday, April 10, three venues (Turnage Theater, Washington Civic Center, Outdoor Pavilion) will host concurrent music performances, workshops, dance events, jam sessions, and more - all free and open to the public.  Saturday night, April 10, the Traditional Music Concert (ticketed) will feature Jack Lawrence, Tony Williamson, and Alice Gerard.  Local pickers, bands, and amateur groups will participate along side more professional and seasoned musicians.
